TimEnterprise is a powerful tool that enables you to control two of your company's most important variables: time and money. This software offers a variety of possibilities for both employees and management. You can register hours, keep track of employee attendance and absence, and report expenses. You can also allocate and monitor budgets, make project and capacity plans, and calculate cost prices. TimEnterprise is accessible and easy to use. Interface modules enable TimEnterprise to be connected to various other systems and applications such as financial applications, project planning applications and Microsoft Office. The Concept

TimEnterprise is modular. The timesheet module constitutes the core of the application. The system's functionality can be extended by adding any number of optional modules to the base module. This allows you to put together a package that matches the specific needs of your organization, from time entry to generating extended reports or establishing budgets. You determine what is interesting for you, thereby gaining optimal results without unnecessary costs.

Interactive time sheet

TimEnterprise offers a comprehensible overview of all time entries by listing them in a spreadsheet. The central overview for the users is the personal time sheet. In the timesheet users can record time, view their entries and access other available modules through the menu.

Schedules, requests, leave en sickness

The combination of these two modules will give a clear overview of the capacity and attendance of employees. These are the Schedule module in which work schedules are created, and the Request module in which requests for vacation, sick time and other schedule categories are entered and maintained. These modules can also be used independently.

Budget, Planning and Information

You can extend the basic module with the Budget, Planning and Information module to gain the following functionalities:

  • Enter and control budgets in all available recording dimensions;
  • Create and monitor multi-dimensional hierarchical budgets;
  • Break budgets down into individual or departmental work plans.
  • Interactive dynamic display matrix with user-definable views (budget grid).

Interfaces with other systems

Interface modules enable TimEnterprise to be connected to a variety of other systems and applications: financial applications, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project, OLAP, access control and attendance recording systems (electronic time clocks). Because TimEnterprise possesses an extra import/export possibility it is quite easy to realize other interfaces as well.

MS Project

The interface between TimEnterprise and Microsoft Project creates a powerful project control tool. Microsoft Project offers the functionality to create, monitor and adjust plans. TimEnterprise offers possibilities to budget, register and approve hours worked. The interface between TimEnterprise and Microsoft unites these two worlds.

Web interface

The TimEnterprise webinterface enables users to access a large number of functions in TimEnterprise from an external work place. Users can register worked hours and made expenses from any location with an internet connection. Additionally, those who have the rights to approve registrations can view overviews and generate reports.

Resource Planning Module

When working on projects you will need to select employees (resources) with the required competences for tasks within a project. This requires a good planning and a system providing the necessary support. With the help of the planning module you can easily create and update resource plans. Because the schedule module and the BPI (Budget, Planning and Information) module are integrated with one another, you get a complete overview of the available capacity, the planned attendance and the calculated costs.

Concept, architecture, System requirements

TimEnterprise's design utilizes all the knowledge accumulated by Aenova over years of successful network software and application development, among others for registration and budget plan systems.
